These Service Terms apply specifically to the JCGR Marketing Assistant Product (the all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform) offered by JCGR Services and supplement, and are incorporated into, JCGR's general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Service Terms and the general Terms & Conditions, these Service Terms govern for matters specific to the JCGR Marketing Assistant Product.
The JCGR Marketing Assistant is offered as one complete feature suite, with two ways to pay:

Both plans include the same features: CRM and contact management, pipelines, unified inbox, social media planner, email and SMS automation, website and funnel builder, calendars and booking, review and referral tools, video walkthroughs, 1-on-1 setup support, and a dedicated support line.
The Monthly Plan requires a one-time $300 setup fee, charged at signup together with your first month's subscription of $197, for a total of $497 at signup. The setup fee covers your account configuration and 1-on-1 setup support. The setup fee is non-refundable once your account has been configured.
Beginning 30 days after signup, your Monthly Plan renews automatically every 30 days at $197 per month until you cancel.
There are no long-term contracts on the Monthly Plan. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle, and you will keep access to your account until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
The Annual Pass is billed in full at signup as a single one-time payment of $1,773 and covers 12 months of access to the full feature suite. No separate setup fee applies to the Annual Pass.
The Annual Pass is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
The Annual Pass does not auto-renew unless you are notified in advance and affirmatively elect to continue; JCGR will contact you prior to the end of your annual term regarding renewal options.
Your contacts, conversations, and content belong to you. Before your service ends, you may request an export of your contact data by writing to [email protected]. After your service ends, your account and its data may be deactivated and deleted in line with JCGR's Privacy Policy.
Usage-based charges for text messages, phone minutes, phone numbers, and AI features are billed separately at the rates shown in your account.
Your account may send text messages, emails, and voice messages to your contacts. You are responsible for how you use these features, including:
JCGR may pause messaging features on an account that is used in a way that breaks these rules or the platform's policies.
The social media planner and connected inbox rely on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Google Business, and WhatsApp. Each platform sets its own rules and may change its features, access, or approval requirements at any time. JCGR is not responsible for changes, outages, or account actions taken by those platforms. You are responsible for following each platform's terms, including advertising and disclosure rules.
The JCGR Marketing Assistant provides an all-in-one platform for managing contacts and conversations, scheduling social media content, automating email and SMS follow-up, building websites and funnels, booking appointments, tracking sales pipelines, and requesting reviews and referrals. JCGR configures your account at setup and provides walkthrough videos and support so you can run it day to day.
While the JCGR Marketing Assistant is designed to help you organize and automate your marketing and communication, JCGR does not guarantee any specific number of leads, followers, sales, appointments, revenue, or savings. Software cost comparisons shown in our marketing are estimates based on published pricing for other tools and may not reflect your situation. Performance may be affected by factors outside JCGR's control, including your content, offer, audience, effort, and third-party platform changes.
By subscribing to the JCGR Marketing Assistant, you consent to receive service-related communications, including setup instructions, account updates, check-ins, and billing notices, by email and/or SMS, in accordance with JCGR's general Terms & Conditions and SMS Terms of Service.
